Memorial services for Tammy Lynn Carter, 52, of Delhi, LA will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Christy Kennedy officiating.

Tammy was born November 29, 1972 in Greenville, TX and passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025 with her family at her residence in Delhi, LA.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jake and Margaret Carter; uncle, Thomas Carter; and maternal grandparents, Johnny Lee Tatum and Mary Lane.

Tammy was a caregiver for 30 years with a heart of gold. She was a dedicated servant for many giving all she had for her patients and her family. Her big blue eyes, her natural beauty and her loving heart captivated everyone she met. Tammy was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cervical Cancer in August 2024, yet she continued to care for her special friend and patient, Joyce until July of 2025, even as she was suffering. She loved the Lord with all of her heart and grew closer to Him in her final year. She met her Savior, on August 20, 2025 in the presence of her "first best friend" and sister Christy peacefully and prepared where she now waits to be reunited with her loved ones.

Survivors include her children, Brittany Nichole Webster, Skyler Puckett, and Khasie Puckett; parents, Jerry and Debra Carter; sisters, Sherry Carter and Christy Kennedy and husband, David; grandchildren, Michael Shane Edwards, K.J. Webster, and Kyra Webster; nieces and nephews, Bridgett Russell, Raven Ingram, Jacob Caraway, Sarah Caraway, and Kylee-Beth Crumley; great nephews, Hudson Lenard and Weston Lingefelt; great niece, Lena-Kate Lingefelt; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be 2:00 PM till 3:00 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA.
