Tammy Devine Obituary

Tammy Lynn Devine (Stach), age 61, passed away peacefully on January 8, 2025, in Spokane Valley, Washington. Born on August 4, 1963, in Spokane, Washington, to John and Marlene Stach, Tammy brought warmth and joy to those around her throughout her life. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and wife whose kindness and strength left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Sherie; her daughter, Jodi; and her beloved husband, Tim, whom she now joins in eternal rest. She is lovingly remembered by her surviving family: her brother Mike Stach and his wife Bev; her daughter Brittney Thompson; her son Scott Thompson and his wife Cassie; her stepdaughters Jinny Devine and her husband Adam, and Suzanne Devine; as well as her cherished grandchildren Corbin, Carson, Aria, and Kaia. Tammy's family was the source of her greatest joy and pride.

Known for her vibrant personality, Tammy loved dancing and karaoke, often filling rooms with laughter and joy. She was the "cool mom" who hosted unforgettable summer pool parties and welcomed everyone into her home with open arms. Her immaculate backyard and annually repainted house reflected her boundless energy and attention to detail. Tammy also had a deep affection for her dogs, who were constant companions throughout her life.

Though deeply missed by all who knew her, there is solace in knowing Tammy is reunited with those she held dear. Her memory will forever remain a source of comfort and inspiration to those fortunate enough to have shared in her life.

A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at the Valley Eagles (16801 E Sprague Ave) on Saturday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
