She was born May 16, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan, a daughter of the late Ryland and Norma Davey Haskins. She was a former factory worker.
Terry is survived by a daughter, Nicole Baldwin of Spencer; a son, Larry Baldwin of Spencer; a sister, Ruth Huffman of Michigan; grandchildren, Austin, Ciara, and Nathaniel Webb, Shermata'e Starcher, and Shayla, Khloe, Braylon Baldwin, Sherri Newton, and David Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Paisley Webb, Asher Decker, Penelope Blosser, Zeke Dalton, and Avery Webb; and her fur baby, Little One.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Haskins and a grandson, Trevor Baldwin.
Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer is assisting the family.
