He worked at World Color Press, Xenia Manufacturing, and the City of Salem. He was a simple man that enjoyed going fishing in his spare time.
Terry is survived by his two sons: Tory Phelps and Jacob Williams; two brothers: Larry Church and Bob Church; and his father: Delmar Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Nelda Wyatt; father: John Wyatt; two brothers: Ervin Church and Dale Church; and sister: Karen Leigh.
