Thomas "Tom" Delikat, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away February 11th, 2025, in Casa Grande, Arizona. He was born on January 5, 1951, in Somerville, New Jersey. Tom lived a life filled with service, devotion, and love, enriching the lives of all who knew him.
Tom Served four years in the Air Force at Minot, ND as a medic. After his military service, he ventured into the world of construction until going back to school to become a nurse in 1993.
Beyond his professional achievements, Tom was man of many passions. He enjoyed building and flying model airplanes. He also had a love for Ham radio because it allowed him to connect with people all around the world. His great joy came from spending time with his four grandchildren, they were the light of his life.
Tom is survived by his wife Theresa, Son Andrew (Jen) Delikat; daughter Rachael (Jacob) Ferris, Grandchildren Emersyn, Hudson, Isaac, Brynley, and his sister Frances Holmok. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his twin brother
