Thomas Flowers Obituary

Thomas Flowers, age 78, found eternal peace on Sunday, January 26th, 2025. Born in Milwaukee on September 20th, 1946, he was known to his friends and family as Tom or Tommy. He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Yoline, and his brother Dennis. Survived by sister-in-law Shirley, and nephews Steve and Robert.

Tom was a Pulaski High School graduate of 1964. He then went on to study pharmacy at UW Madison and continued his education studying business at UWM. Tom worked his whole life as a pharmacist, a field he was passionate about. While the job as a pharmacist changed over decades, Tom remained the same simple guy. Tom’s hobbies included fishing, scuba diving, playing cards, and listening to music. For many years, Tom spent his summers with his friends out on Big Cedar Lake. Tom was also an avid Wisconsin sports fan and loved to talk, and sometimes complain about, his favorite teams.

For the last few years, Tom resided at Elizabeth Residence in Franklin. Although his body was failing, he was as sharp as ever mentally. Despite losing his independence, Tom treated everyday alive as a blessing. Most importantly, Tom was a believer in Christ so there is no doubt he has been reunited with the friends and family he had dearly missed.

Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel (8910 W. Drexel Ave., Franklin, WI 53132) on Monday, February 17th starting at 10AM until time of service at 11:30AM.
