He is survived by his children, Janie (Dan) Fox of Foster, KY, Jennifer Fox of Tampa, FL, and Thomas E. (Ivy) Fox, Jr. of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren Austin Alsip, Khiaya Fox, Colin Fox, Bailey Fox, Bryana (Dakota) Stratton, Christian (Brittany) Gallegos, Blake Fox, Juan Gonzalez, Skyler Fox and Zelda Fox; and his great-grandchildren, Luciana Islas, Arely Maldonado and Beau Stratton.
He is also survived by his siblings, Debbie Fryman, Linda Fox and Jeanna Houston.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
