Tisha Ramone Turner was born on January 1, 1971, in Harrisburg, PA. She departed this life on January 10, 2025.
She was the daughter of the late Crystal Willette Turner and Leroy Smith.
Tisha received her academic education in the Harrisburg School District and was also enrolled in Job Corps.
She enjoyed cooking and was an excellent cook; she enjoyed watching television and playing video games.
She is survived by her twin brother Todd Richard Turner, Sr., grandfather William H. Turner Jr., brothers Michael and Lawrence Bordner, and sister Alicia Ragland. Aunts: Gaye Turner-Wright, Luella Elliot, Williamina Williams, Betty, and Elizabeth Smith; uncles: William Stewart, James, and Raymond Smith. Nephews: Todd R. Turner, Jr., Bra’kye Smith-Tucker, Deandre Lawson, Davon, Durrell, and Damer Ragland. Nieces: Mariah, D’yani and Alysia Bordner, Jayneisha Baskerville, and Kai’lyn Smith-Tucker; step-mother Margery Smith, her devoted friend Sterling Robinson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Tisha’s life will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Hooper Memorial Home, Inc., 3532 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Family and friends are invited to the viewing at 10:00 AM, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM.
