Pastor Ulysee Barber II was born on June 6, 1959, in Clearwater, Florida to Ulysee Barber, Sr. and Evelyn Barber.
Ulysee was a graduate of Dunedin High School, Class of 1978 and attended Trinity College majoring in Theological Studies. He was the Pastor of New Faithline Church in New Port Richey, Florida and a member of the African American Club in Port Richey, Florida. Ulysee was employed with UPS for 25 years, retiring in 2010.
He was an avid reader and enjoyed bike riding, weightlifting, gardening and spending time with his family.
Pastor Ulysee Barber II transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on July 8, 2025, Trinity, Florida.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ulysee Barber, Sr. and Evelyn Barber and sister, Patricia Barber.

Brother-in-law: Gregory Philpot (Sharon)
Sisters-in-law: Anita White (Paul), Francine Scott (Irvin) and Pamela Watts (Willie)
Grandchildren: Ariz Jordan, Adaisha Merrit, Layla Barber, Ulysee Barber IV, Saniyah Barber, Jamisyn Bush and Emani Barber
A host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, New Faithline Church Members, The Brouchu Family and the entire Glenfield Community.
Public Viewing: Friday, July 18, 2025, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Smith Young Funeral Home, 1005 Howard Street, Clearwater, FL 33756.
Celebration of Life Service: Saturday, July 19, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at Booth Street Church of Christ, 701 Booth Street, Safety Harbor, FL 34695.
