Venessa Frazier Obituary

Venessa Nicholas Frazier entered into eternal rest on November 20th, 2024 at Ochsner Medical Center at the age of 70. She leaves to mourn her devoted husband of almost 40 years, Michael Frazier Sr. Daughter of the late Samuel Nicholas and Eldenia Dominique Nicholas. Devoted mother of Monwell and Michael Jr. Sister of Shirley N. (The late George) Smith and Alvin (Gail) Nicholas. She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, seventeen great-nieces and nephews, fifteen great-great-nieces and nephews, and a host of other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends, and esteemed colleagues.
Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Austerlitz St., Beautiful Zion, Third Rose of Sharon, St. Thomas Missionary Baptist Churches, and St. Phillip Baptist Church of Modeste, LA, employees of Dept. of Health and Hospitals - Health Standards Section, and former employees of Charity Hospital, are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Historic Second Baptist Church, 2505 Marengo St, New Orleans, LA 70115, on Saturday December 7th, 2024 at 10:00am.
