Victor was born in Tortugas, Rayon, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Pascual Romero & Fidencia Ledesma on December 23, 1949. The visitation and rosary with the family will be held from 6pm-8pm, Friday, July 11, 2025 at Edwards Funeral Home in Strawn. A Mass is scheduled for 10:00 am, Saturday, July 12, 2025 at St. John Catholic Church in Strawn, followed by the burial at Mt Marion Cemetery in Strawn, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Bisitacion Ramirez Romero of Strawn, TX; daughter Enriqueta Romero Ramirez of Hurricane, Utah; son Jose Santos Romero Ramiez of Strawn, TX; daughter Ma Irene Romero Ramirez of Rayon S.L.P. Mexico; son Pascual Romero and Elizabeth Romero of El Paso, TX, 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
He was reunited in heaven with his parents, and his son Raymond Romero.
Victor was a loving husband, brother, uncle, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. Strawn, Texas was his home for 46 years and he spent his lifetime working hard until he retired in 2009. He enjoyed quality time with his family and traveled when he had the opportunity to visit family. Becoming a proud US Citizen is a significant milestone he achieved in 2006 and having the opportunity to own his property where he lived was very important to him. He enjoyed being outside making improvements on his home. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
