His wife of 34 years, Patsy Cooper preceded him in death, as well as his parents.
He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Cooper of Newport, AR; his grandchildren, Regan Williams and Amaris Brown both of Nashville, TN, and Noah Williams of Jonesboro, AR; his brother, Mike Cooper of Ft. Worth, TX; cousin, Jan Pascal.
Tommy loved spending time with his grandkids and caring for them. Mornings on the porch drinking coffee was one of his favorite things to do. You could find him on his porch just about any time. From a young age he was known as an avid Star Wars fan, he enjoyed anything about it. Tommy will be greatly missed.
Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Powell Funeral Home of Bradford.
