Virginia I. Cram, 102, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 3:14 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2025 at The Kensington in Fort Madison. She was born on August 23, 1922 in Cedar Rapids, IA to Andrew & Emma Bergdorf Heinbaugh. She married Melvin A. Cram in 1945 in Kirksville, MO. He preceded her in death in 1996. She was a homemaker most of her life and was a member of the Fort Madison united Methodist Church. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and was a wonderful cook.
Virginia is survived by: 3-children: Susan (Phillip) Wallace of Chippewa Falls, WI, Robert (Ann) Cram of Milwaukee, WI & Kathy (Dan) Greenwald of Fort Madison, IA; 7-grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1- son: Ronald, 3-sisters: Margaret, Beverly & Ellen.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens in Springfield, MO. King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
