She was born October 21, 1935 in Grafton, WV to the late William & Virginia (Ellers) Hanleiter.
Virginia loved her family and taking care of her home. She could often be found reading. Most of all she loved spending time doing crafts with all her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Randall H. McKinney, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Randall B.(Jill), Brenda (Charles), and Scott (Dawn); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Randall, Miranda, Michael, Casey, and Kylee; 13 great-grandchildren; her sister, Billie Jean; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 11:30am until the time of service at 1:30pm, at Kepner Funeral Home/Burke Chapel, 2101 Warwood Ave. Wheeling (304-277-2722).
