Virginia Reynolds
TROY—Virginia Mae Curtis Reynolds, 82, of Troy, OH, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Troy Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.
She was born May 12, 1942, in Long Bottom, OH, daughter of the late Perry and Sylvia Seals Curtis.
Virginia was a devout Christian and member of the Parkersburg Evangelical Methodist Church. She was a devoted and loving mother and willing to help anyone in need. She loved children and taught Sunday School. She was also a good cook and race car driver. Virginia graduated as Class Valedictorian from Eastern High School in 1960. She retired from U.S. Public Debt after 30 years of service.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Steven Reynolds; brother, Charles (Elizabeth) Curtis; sisters, Carolyn (Douglas) Bissell; Marilyn (Albert) Pooler; aunt, Helen Beck and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Curtis; sister, Sandra MacDonald and a cousin, David Seals.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Pastor Bernard Thrash officiating. Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
