Wanda F. Burris, age 81, of Whitmire, SC, widow of Ronnie Burris, passed away, Monday, July 21, 2025, at her daughter’s home.
She was born June 14, 1944 in Union, SC, and she was the daughter of the late John Finney and Rachel Webber Finney. Wanda retired from Conso and was a devoted member of Calvary Road Baptist Church in Greer. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren, enjoyed reading her Bible, and loved cooking up her "special concoctions."
She is survived by her children, Kevin Poole (Jessica), Joie Lister (Ray), and Marie Stanley (Fiancé, Stan); 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband of 33 years, Wanda was preceded in death by her sisters, Sandy Harris, and Kathy Worthy.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Whitmire with Pastor Wayne Gassaway officiating. Burial will follow at the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
