Born May 31, 1966 in Debica, Poland to Kazimierz and Aleksandra (Nee Szybist) Sieradzki.
He is survived by his wife Malgorzata, his children Sebastian and Damian, grandchildren Damian Jr. and Eliana, and his sister Marzena Kaminski. He is preceded in death by his brother Janusz. Wieslaw will be dearly missed.
Services will be held at Geils Funeral home in Wood Dale on Wednesday June 2nd from 4pm-8pm and will be lying in state at Divine Mercy Polish Parish at 21W411 Sunset Ave, Lombard, IL 60148 on Thursday July 3rd at 10:00am with mass of christian burial to follow at 10:30am.
