Wilbert married Edith Biggs in Porter County, Indiana on September 1, 1956; she died November 14, 2022. He was a US Army veteran and retired from US Steel in Gary, Indiana.
He is survived by five children, Carole (Dale) Rizer of Peru, Indiana, Calvin (Danita) Clemans Sr. of Shelton, Washington, Carle Clemans of Phenix City, Alabama, Curtis (Rose) Clemans of Winamac, Indiana, and Carson (Jennifer Blouin) Clemans of Valparaiso, Indiana; six grandchildren; two great grandsons; and one great granddaughter. He was also preceded in death by his parents, daughter Cheryl Tharp, four brothers and one sister.
There will be no services. Inurnment will be in the Marion National Cemetery. Arrangements by Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash.
