Will Borden Obituary

On July 7, 2025, as the morning changed to day at 12:47 pm Will Frank Borden transitioned from this earthly life to his heavenly home. Will was born on April 26, 1951 to the late James and Hazeleene Little Borden in Wadesboro, N.C.
"Shine" as he was affectionately called by family was a graduate of Thomasville Senior High with the class of 1969. As a teenager Frank began to work. He gained employment with several companies: Stevenson Grocery, A & P Grocery, A & P Dairy, Thomasville Furniture Industry, Celand Yarn and Hosiery, High Point County Club and finally with Valspar Painting Company.
Family can attest to his loyalty as a son, nephew, uncle and cousin. Friends will remember his gentle and quite spirit. Siblings will validate what an awesome brother he was! Frank had a love for sports and artistry. Displaying his talents through his drawing and intellectual conversations.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents Rev. James and Mother Hazeleene Borden; his wife Carolina Taylor Borden, and two brothers, Ronny and Johnny Borden.
Surviving to cherish his memories are three sisters, Josephine Borden of Hillsborough, NC, Minerva L. Jenkins of Springtown, TX and Virginia Borden of the home, two brothers Anthony F. (Michelle) Borden, of Thomasville, NC, and William Gaddy of High Point, NC, a foster brother, Lewis McLendon; three uncles, George L., Luther, Julius (Jenny) Borden of Polkton, NC, a sister-in-law, O'Neal Taylor, a brother-in-law, J. W. Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
