Monroe Township – William A. "Bill" Biedrycki, 71, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, July 9, 2025.
He was born on December 28, 1953, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, the son of Chester Biedrycki, Sr. and Margaret (Rhinhard) Biedrycki. Bill dedicated over 35 years of service as a supervisor at CSP, where he was known for his strong work ethic and leadership.
In his younger years, Bill enjoyed playing slow-pitch softball at Lakeview Park and spending time fishing. A lifelong golfer, he cherished days on the course until health challenges made it difficult. He also loved going to the casino and always looked forward to his next visit. Above all, Bill valued time spent with his family-especially his grandchildren, who brought him so much joy.
He is survived by his children, Joseph (Megan) Biedrycki, Sonya Taylor, and Cathy (Scott) Mackert; grandchildren, Luke Jones, Destiny Hannold, Hunter Blankenship, and Elaine Biedrycki; great-grandson, Jaxin; sister-in-laws, Melanie Stough and Darlene Stough; nephew, Nathaniel Stough; sister, Barbara Miller; and his beloved cat, Minnie.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, first wife and mother of his children, Cheryl (Murtha) Biedrycki in 1992; second wife, Joanne M. (Stough) Biedrycki, whom he married on July 13, 2001; and his brothers, Chester Biedrycki, Jr., Thomas Biedrycki, John Biedrycki.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Bill's life on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thompson-Smith-Nesbitt Funeral Home, 345 Main Street, Conneaut.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
