William Boyd "Bill" Brigman, 85, passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home in Tyler, Texas. A Graveside Interment with Military Honors will be conducted on Thursday afternoon, August 14, 2025, at The Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery, to begin at 1:00pm. Arrival times and lane assignments to be posted shortly – once assigned by the National Cemetery.
Bill was born in Laurinburg, North Carolina, on August 15, 1939, to parents Boyd and Annie Lee Brigman.
William "Bill" Brigman had a love for his country. He proudly served, with exemplary service, in the U.S. Army and Air Force. He retired a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and was proud to be a Veteran. He lived an example of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Bill shared his Christian faith with his children and for that they are truly and forever grateful. Bill also loved animals, and he made a difference in their lives by donating to ASPCA.
His memory will be cherished, and he will be forever missed.
Bill is preceded by his Father, Boyd Brigman and Mother, Annie Lee Brigman.
Bill is survived by his Son, Richard Brigman, Daughter, Rebecca Franczak, Daughter, Jean Brigman, Daughter, Katherine Mosley, Mother of his four children, Yoko Brigman, Sister, Becky Shaw, Grandson, Sean Urner, Grandson, Jared Mosley, Grandson, Matthew Mosley, Granddaughter, Brittani Brigman, and 7 great-grandchildren.
