His Legacy William Robert Rahn, 86, passed away July 13, 2025. He was born on June 27, 1939, in Monroe, Michigan to Harry Rahn and Dorothy (Jueif) Rahn. Bill married the love of his life, Amelia Karam, on January 19, 1963, in Detroit, Michigan. Bill was a Navy veteran and spent 20 years in the Navy Reserve. He graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in engineering. From there, he went to work for Ford Motor Company, where he spent a 35-year career. Bill enjoyed tinkering with things, including building a model ship, and buying an old car and rebuilding it. He was very intelligent and hard-working. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing and biking. When he was in his element, he could be very social and outgoing; everyone always had wonderful things to say about Bill. He had a big heart and was always willing to help people. Bill was adored by his family, and he will be greatly missed.
His Family Bill will be missed by his wife, Amelia Rahn; his children, Michael (Mindi) Rahn, Jeffrey (Joan) Rahn, Cindy (Rod) Chapin; grandchildren, Victoria, Cassie, Kali, Reece, Jaiden, Nevaeh, Hailey, and Lilliana. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Dorothy Rahn.
