A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11:00am at McGeehan Funeral Homes Martin Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2025 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home.
Billy was born on April 16, 1955 to Raymond and Sophie (Newvine) Wise in Owosso, Michigan. He worked as a laborer at Hehr International.
He enjoyed being outside weather that was camping, riding his bike or going fishing.
Left to cherish Billy's memory are his siblings, Tommy (Kelly) Wise, Helen (Geary) Lamar; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Sophie.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
