Willis "Willie" Adamson, born on February 17, 1930, to Cecil and Novalon Adamson, was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and a true American patriot. He grew up in Indianola and graduated from Indianola High School in 1948. Shortly after graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and served honorably as a medical aidmen during the Korean War. In 1953, he married the love of his life, Mary, and together they built a strong and loving family. They were blessed with one daughter, Wilene, who went on to have two children, Jessica and Cecil-Willie's greatest joys. He spent over 30 years working at Case, where his skill and passion for mechanic work-especially on Case IH tractors-earned him great respect. Willie was never happier than when he had a wrench in hand and a tractor to work on. He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his dedication to family, and the love he gave so freely. His legacy of service, hard work, and devotion will live on through those who knew and loved him.
