Woodson Hopper Obituary

On April 27, 2025, Woodson Hopper of Auburn, WA passed away at the age of 13. Woodson was born to Savannah and Rodney Hopper Jr. on January 31, 2012 in Auburn, WA. He was a Muckleshoot Tribal member. Woodson attended Muckleshoot Tribal School up until last year where he was attending Olympic Middle School. He was in the 7th Grade.
Woodson enjoyed hanging out with his friends who knew him as "Savi", being outside, doing his make-up, making TikToks, watching his favorite shows Demon Slayer & Baddies and eating candy. He loved Hello Kitty and collecting Funko-POPs! He listened to $uicideboy$ and Billie Ellish.
Woodson was preceded in death by his Grandpa's: Raymond Jerry Jr., Rodney "Darrell" Hopper Sr., Great-Grandma's: Imogene Gray, Berlinda Adair and Charlotte "Stubby" Jackson.
He is survived by his parents: Savannah and Rodney Hopper Jr., his grandparents: Venus (Michael) Tarbell, Billi Jerry and Linda Hopper. Great-Grandpa's: Raymond "Pete" (Bonnie) Jerry Sr., and Grant Adair. Brothers: Darrell, Gary, and Raymond Hopper. Sisters: Saharah and Linda "Babygirl" Hopper. Along with many Aunties, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Thursday May 1, 2025 from 1:00PM-3:00PM at Weeks Funeral Home in Buckley, WA. Candle Light Services will be held Thursday May 1, 2025 at 7:00PM at Muckleshoot Shaker Church. Funeral Services will be Friday, May 2, 2025 at Muckleshoot Shaker Church at 9AM. Burial services to follow at the New White Lake Cemetery with the last meal following burial at the Muckleshoot Mess Hall.
