MARSHALL - John Porter, 87, died Monday (April 28, 2025) at home.
Funeral services for the Navy veteran will be at noon Sunday at Joines Funeral Home, 401 W. Gillogly St., Newman. Doug Rund will officiate. Burial will be in Young America Cemetery, Hume. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Sunday at the funeral home.
