Patricia Davis Obituary
VILLA GROVE - Patricia H. Davis, 91, of Villa Grove died Sunday (July 20, 2025) at Amber Glen Memory Care, Urbana.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, July 27, at Joines Funeral Home, with a funeral service starting at 3 p.m. Ted Shearer will officiate. Burial will be in Murdock Cemetery.
Pat was born on April 16, 1934, in Brocton, to parents Merl and Mattie Groves. She married James E. Davis on July 11, 1952. They happily celebrated over 60 years of marriage before Jim passed away in 2018.
Pat is reunited with her husband and her two children, Timothy and Brenda, who also preceded her in death.
Surviving are her son-in-law, Wayne Parker, four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pat spent her life caring for others. She was a strong woman who traveled the world with her husband while he was in the Air Force. She loved to go square dancing with her husband, hosted many family gatherings in her home, and loved to garden.
Memorials can be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
