Died: July 11, 2025 in McHenry, IL
Beatrice Mary Meath was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. She was known for her kindness, humor, generosity and strength. She dedicated her life to her family and was always there with a big hug, a listening ear and wise counsel, and the best belly laugh. She independently raised their four children after the passing of her husband William in 1960. She worked for many years as an accountant until she happily retired in 1990.She was a devout Catholic and long-time parishioner at St. Mary's Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Thomas, Mary, Bill and Sharon, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her 5 brothers and 4 sisters.
A visitation will be held on Thursday July 17th, 2025 from 3:30pm-8:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 591 Ridgeview Drive McHenry, IL 60050.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday July 18th, 2025 at 11:00am at St.Mary Church 1401 N Richmond Rd, McHenry, IL 60050.
