Rick, Theresa and family: Was Very Sorry to read of your father's passing. From the many conversations we shared during my time w/ AFC, it reinforced where Rick got his good work ethic from. May God's strength be with you during this difficult time. Sam

I am extremely saddened by this. To his whole family, I am extremely sorry about Richard´s passing. He really knew how to make me smile. I am extremely happy and proud I got a chance to take care of him while being a CNA, then as an LPN.
To Kathy, I wish I could give you the biggest hug right now. I love you. My thoughts, love and prayers are with all of you.
