Maldonado/Billy Family, sorry to hear of Leona's passing. I worked with her many years ago at the county, and also knew her through the community. I remember how friendly she was and just had a special way about her. I wouldn't see her for years, but when I'd run into her it was as if I'd known her my whole life. Her personality comes through in the picture of her . . .

I know she touched a lot of lives. I will always be grateful for the kindness and the love she showed me when I was young. Words can not express how one simple act of kindness ( signing me up and paying for my baseball at 13 years of age) changed my life. You made an impact on this world. Forever in our thoughts and forever in our hearts! Go Giants!!
