Barbara J. Milburn, 67, of Long Grove and formerly of Maquoketa, passed away on Tuesday morning, January 28, 2025, at UnityPoint Trinity Hospital in Bettendorf, Iowa. Arrangements are pending at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa.

Barb was a lovely, kind, patient woman. When I said I was lucky she immediately said blessed. I am sure she is now very happy with the Lord. Her sweet kind voice will be missed by all. She was a extremely conscious worker who cared deeply about others. I Will never forget this lovely woman.
