Jason Toby Nerva Jr.

February 28, 1989 - May 14, 2025

Jason Toby Nerva Jr. (J.T.) age 36 of Yuma, Arizona was called home to be with the LORD on May 14, 2025 in Yuma, Arizona.

Jason is survived by his wife, Regina Ibarra, and their four children, Jason III (15), Jaden (13), Jaylah (12), and Jaylin (9); mother, Lydia Ramirez; father, Jason (Winona) Toby Nerva Sr.; sister, Jasmine S. Ramirez; nephew, Darrian Benard; brother, Kimal Caesar, and paternal grandmother, Norina Escalati, and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Jason was a devoted husband, father, son and brother and the love he had for his family will remain in our heart forever. He delighted in spending time with his children. Jason's kind and loving soul had a profound effect, always leaving a smile on your face.

A service will be held Thursday, May 29, 2025 from 10:00 am to1:00 pm at Yuma Mortuary, 755 S. 5th Avenue, Yuma, Arizona. Following will be Traditional Service at the Quechan Big House, 1877 Picacho Road, Winterhaven, CA from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Jason was a gentle giant that got most of his humor from me. We reconnected right about the time he started his family. He was a proud father and I was proud of him. Condolences to the family. This photo is Jason in the second grade.
