Priscilla Page-Mann Obituary

Priscilla Page-Mann

November 29, 1948 - July 7, 2025

Priscilla Page-Mann, 76, of Panama City Beach, Florida, was welcomed into Heaven on July 7th, 2025.

Priscilla was born on November 29th, 1948, in Moline, Illinois, to Raymond and Ethel Page. She grew up in East Moline and graduated from Moline High School. While living in the QCA, she always had fond memories of the work she did with the Handicap Development Center.

Priscilla was known for her kindness, sense of humor, generosity, feistiness, and so much more. If you knew her, you knew true love. Even if no blood was shared, she loved fiercely and with genuine sincerity everyone she met. Many of her children's friends called her 'Mom' and 'Grandma' while living in New Liberty, IA. She kept that nurturing trait about her throughout her life. She built a life filled with love, faith, and family.

She is survived by her husband Richard Mann; children Tammy Surdez and Michael Moen (Lorelei Moen); stepdaughter Kim Schofield; her five grandchildren Daniel Wolking, Amber Maxwell, Jacob Maxwell, Skyla Schroeder, and McKenzie Moen; and her eight great-grandchildren Adrianna, Aliyah, and Grayson Dean, Kaiden and Zachary Wolking, Lilith Cooper-Wolking, Sage Schroeder, and Milo Caves. She is also survived by her niece Lori Page Nunn and her sister of the heart, Sherry Badtram, along with many other family and friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents Ray and Ethel, and dear brother David Page, with whom she is surely joyfully reunited.

A celebration of life will be shared with family and friends at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory through The Priscilla Page Mann Honor Fund, with proceeds going directly to Empowering Abilities. This cause reflects Priscilla's lifelong dedication to supporting others with compassion and grace. Contributions can be made at: https://giveahand.com/fundraiser/priscilla-page-mann-honor-fund.

Her family will forever carry her love and the values she instilled in them, honoring her by living lives of kindness and love, just as she did every day.

I have always loved Priscilla. I had lost touch with her after the passing of my Great Aunt Ethyl, when I was a teenager. I sure would have loved to have known her as an adult. I look forward to the day when I, too, will be reunited in heaven with all the friends & family who have followed, know, & love the Lord Jesus.Christ.
I aak that God blesses every one of you who knew & loved Priscilla. Please love the LORD your God, creator of the heavens & the earth.
