Margaret Rinard Obituary

Margaret "Margie" Rinard
Corunna, MI
04/03/1952 - 11/28/2024
Margaret Rinard, a loving mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with dementia. Margie was the devoted mother of Colin Rinard of Lennon and Cristy (Greg) Slocum of Bay City, and the proud grandmother to Robert Rinard, Brenden Slocum, and Erica Slocum. Her family was her greatest joy, and her love for them was boundless.
She spent several years as an assistant manager at Burger King, where her cheerful demeanor, willingness to help others, and knack for making friends left a lasting impact on colleagues and customers alike. Margie had a way of brightening any room she entered and was always ready with a kind word or a helping hand.
After her well-deserved retirement, Margie faced the challenges of dementia with grace and strength, supported by her family and friends. Margie will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit, her unyielding generosity, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
The family has decided not to do a memorial service at this time.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Memorial Healthcare Foundation in gratitude for all that was provided by Owosso Memorial Hospice.
Online condolences may be sent to the family at Nelson-House.com.
