Lieselotte Streit Obituary
HAWARDEN, IOWA ~ Lieselotte "Lotte" Streit, 94, of Sioux City, Iowa, formerly of Hawarden, Iowa, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025, at MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center in Sioux City.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m., Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hawarden, with Father Mauro Sanchez officiating. Burial will follow at Grace Hill Cemetery. Public viewing will begin at noon, Saturday at the church. The Porter Funeral Home in Hawarden is assisting the family. Condolences may be sent to www.porterfuneralhomes.com.
Lotte's family prefers memorials be directed to the Discalced Carmelite Nuns at Our Lady of the Incarnation Monastery, 2901 South Cecelia Street, Sioux City, Iowa 51106.
