Bonnie Rose Stevens, 91
TAYLORSVILLE

A Taylorsville resident, Mrs. Bonnie Rose Stevens, age 91, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Signature Healthcare of Spencer County. She was born on May 7, 1934, in Nelson County to the late Otha and Ethel Taylor Noel. Mrs. Stevens was a retired employee of the Kentucky Department of Revenue and Spencer County Schools cafeteria and was a member of Taylorsville Community Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Morris; her daughter-in-law, Wanda Jo Stevens; her grandson, Robbie Stevens; six sisters; and four brothers.
She is survived by her sons, Ricky (Michele) Stevens of Taylorsville and Mike Stevens of Bloomfield; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Bonnie Rose Stevens will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2025, at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home in Taylorsville. Sister Mavis Bennett and Bro. Junie Temple will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday, July 24 from 3-8 p.m. and Friday after 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service. Interment will be in Valley Cemetery.
The Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
