September 1, 1929 - June 18, 2025

Emma Freida Hall, 95, of Shell Lake died Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at her home. She was born September 1, 1929 in Evergreen Twp to George and Freida (Schaller) Norton. She was married in Shell Lake on September 12, 1948 to Jerry Hall.

She is survived by her son, Robert Hall of Shell Lake; three daughters: Barbara (Gerry) Jensen of Shell Lake, Susan (Gary) Dodd of Shell Lake, and Roxanne Davis of Shell Lake; thirteen grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Emma was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jerry; daughter, Tammie Schroeder; daughter-in-law, Becky Hall; grandson, Fane Hershey; siblings: Lena Clark, Ernest Norton, George Norton, Emil Norton, Shirley Brown, Edna Fricke and Ray Norton.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Faith Lutheran Church, Spooner with Rev. Brent Berkesch officiating. Burial will be in Shell Lake Cemetery. Pallbearers are her thirteen grandchildren. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 on Saturday at the church.
