I knew Skip and his dad Dean through Breakfast Optimists and like his dad, Skip was friendly, kind and dedicated to improving Billings, especially helping Billings' kids. Like his dad, Skip spent a lot of Decembers in the freezing cold setting up, manning and managing, and taring down the Breakfast Optimists' Christmas Tree lot with the proceeds supporting programs and camps for Billings and Yellowstone County kids. Skips' death is a huge loss not only for his family, friends and employees at King's Ace Hardware but also for Billings and Yellowstone County. God Bless Skip and his family-- Skip will be greatly missed. !!!
