Dear Michele, I am so very sorry for the terrible loss of your sister. I was lucky to have met Lauren online in 2023-24 when she was the "Leader" for the Wordscape Tournament Grp called IRISH. We enjoyed sharing parts of our Irish heritage over time, discussing her Llaso's, and we would greet each other in the "Chat Room" with a Top 'o the Morning, "LMG" (hail to your dad and to my proud Irish mother who passed 3 days before LMG). We knew LMG had become ill and we did some searches on FB, but had been so hopeful for her return. She was well-liked/loved and highly respected in our group, and we are going to miss her so very much. I can only imagine how hard this is for you and your family. Please know we are maintaining our group but have just renamed it to Elfin Irish (one of LMG's favorite words). We are also going to honor LMG on 9/26/25 in our Wordscape group that is frequently in 1st place, but not as regularly as when Lauren was in charge. Please feel free to join our team if you ever want to "know" anyone of her online friends. What a beautiful woman in every way. RIP Lauren. I'll be thinking of you in Ireland in 2026.

Sincere condolences to Lauren's family. I remember her as my student at Rutgers Law School, when I was Dean of Students. She was a solid student, well-liked by others, and I knew she had a bright future. May her memory be ever present with us for good.
