Dianna Smith Obituary

Dianna Smith, age 79, of New London passed away on May 11, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, K. Ashley Muth (Eric); son, Michael Teal (Amber); four generation, Piper Teal, Payton Teal, Talon Muth and Ty Muth. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Eva Smith; two brothers, Lloyd and Tommy Smith. A visitation was held on Friday, May 16, 2025 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church followed by a celebration of life. Dianna worked at Coosa Valley Telephone from 1969 and she retired with Verizon in 1997. She travelled, worked in her church and spent time with her family in retirement. Dianna was a published author and she left behind many handwritten stories for her family to enjoy.
