John Scully Obituary

SCULLY, John O, 60, of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2003 at University Community Hospital. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to the Bay Area from New Jersey in 1989. He served in the US Navy and Merchant Marine. He was a Medical Case Manager for Publix Risk Management. He was a member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Judith; one son, James Brian Patrick Sc ully of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Walter of Cochranton, Pa., Thomas of Willoughby, Ohio; one sister, Janice Sulak of Chardon, Ohio. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church o n Saturday at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends on Friday at Loyless Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory, may be made to Shriners Hospital of Tampa.
