In loving memory of Sandra Kay Fulmer Hamilton. July 16, 1947 – July 13, 2025. It is with deep sorrow and immense love that we announce the passing of Sandra Kay Fulmer Hamilton of Conway, Arkansas, who departed this life on July 13, 2025, just three days shy of her 78th birthday. Sandra passed peacefully leaving behind a legacy of compassion, strength and unwavering devotion to those she loved.
Born on July 16, 1947, to JB and Mattie Lou Fulmer, Sandra grew up in a home built on faith, family and love – values she carried with her throughout her life. She began her professional journey in Little Rock as an administrative assistant for the federal government. Later in life, she continued her career in the medical records department at Conway Regional Medical Center.
Sandra was a loving and loyal wife to her husband, Cleveland R. Hamilton. Their partnership stood as a beautiful testament to lifelong commitment and friendship. Together, they built a home full of love and laughter – a home where anyone felt welcome.
She was the proud and devoted mother of two daughters, Paige Jungkind (Thomas Reynolds) of Milton, Florida, and Jennifer Kenner of Frisco, Texas. Sandra's love for her daughters was boundless, and she remained their constant source of encouragement, wisdom and comfort.
Her greatest joy came from being "Granny" to her beloved grandchildren – Olivia and Austin Boccarossa, Karlie Kenner all of Frisco, Texas, and Mason Reynolds of Milton, Florida. She adored them deeply and never missed an opportunity to make them feel cherished, whether through her warm hugs, thoughtful gestures or the sharing of her favorite sweets.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, JB and Mattie Lou Fulmer; her beloved daughter, Stephanie Michelle Jungkind; and her son-in-law, Christian Kenner.
She is survived by her husband, Cleveland R. Hamilton; her daughters Paige and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Olivia, Austin, Karlie and Mason; and her siblings, Steve Fulmer (Libby), Annette Bell (Phillip) and Lynn Rose (Wayne). She also leaves behind her lifelong best friends, Karen Jumper and Joyce Reid, and many nephews and treasured friends who were blessed by her thoughtful nature and loving heart.
Sandra was a woman of quiet strength, unmatched kindness and deep faith. She never sought the spotlight, but her light shone brightly in the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her love was steady, her loyalty unwavering and her presence a source of comfort to all.
She will be remembered for her tender spirit, her chocolate-loving sweet tooth and most of all, the unconditional love she gave so freely. Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that her love lives on in each of us.
There will be a visitation at Roller-McNutt in Conway, Arkansas, on Wednesday, July 16 between 6-8 p.m. A funeral will be held at St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 17. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to St. Peter's Episcopal Church Food Pantry or a charity of your choice.
