Ronald Gentile Obituary
He graduated from Grove City College in 1959 and received master's degrees from The Naval War College in 1975 and Providence College in 1978. He was a career naval officer for 21 years retiring in 1981 as a CDR(SC) USN. He was then employed in the private sector in Providence, Rhode Island, for 14 years before retiring to Florida.
Surviving is his wife of 64 years, MaryAnne (Adams); sons, Thomas and James; grandchildren, Nathan, Nicole, Hailey, Hannah and Wyatt; and great-grandchild, Kailey Morgan.
Services will be held Saturday, July 26, at St. John's Episcopal Church in Franklin.
Donations in his memory may be made to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society-giving @nmcrs.org, Tunnel to Towers.org., or St. John's Episcopal Church, Franklin.
