A public visitation will take place the evening prior at the Cedar Memorial Chapel Stateroom on Tuesday, July 15th from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Donna was born on February 7th, 1949, in Amana, Iowa. She is the daughter of John and Doris Trumpold. She was born and raised in Amana, where she graduated High School, and went on to attend beauty school. Donna gave the best perms to anyone willing to be her test subject. She retired from D.A.D. Manufacturing as the lead of the front office. Her proudest moments were the connections she built with the guys in the shop. Donna married her first husband, Frederick Chavez Jr. Together, they had three daughters and gained a stepson. She later remarried to Craig Stoll on December 9th, 1989, gaining two additional stepsons. A few of her favorite activities included bowling, golfing, camping, attending beach parties, hanging out with friends and family, and of course, her love of Carlos O' Kelly's and a good margarita. She opened her home to host family gatherings, holiday get-togethers and frequent hog roasts. Donna was cherished and adored by everyone who got to know her. Her familiar saying "It is what it is", will always be remembered and carried on by those closest to her. Donna is survived by her husband Craig Stoll; former husband and friend, Frederick Chavez Jr.; children Carrie (Dave) Herman, Cami (Randy) Hudson, Denis (Marcia) Chavez and Chad and Paul Stoll; siblings Alan (Karolyn) Trumpold and Joni (Patrick) Brainerd; 16 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Kimberly Jo; and sister Delilah. The family would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the staff at Rose Haven and River Valley Dialysis for the wonderful care and compassion they have given mom.
