Harriet, I just learned about Tony´s passing, and I´d like to send
my deepest sympathy to you. I always thought very highly of him, and I loved our phone conversations after we retired from Marian Catholic. It was also a special joy to celebrate our anniversaries together each August. You are in my prayers.

I had the pleasure and privilege to be in Mr. Keating's third year and fourth year Latin classes at Marian Catholic. He was great a teacher and a good and kind man. My condolences to his family and friends. Requiescat in pace.

I knew Tony for about 17 years and he was always friendly, respectful and kind to me. I miss those days.
He lived a long and productive life and leaves behind some incredible grandchildren. Allison, Anna and John would make any grandparent proud.

I have always wondered what happened to? Well Mr Keating now I know the rest of the story. And a happy one it was and is: I only wish that now 55 years later after graduating from the old Joliet Catholic, I would have bettered myself in your classes. You were a great teacher and mentor, and taught with passion. Here is asking God to grant you eternal rest, we all know it after teaching Joliet Catholic and Marian Catholic. Rest in peace Senior Keating.
Hope I got that right; my attention was not always great in class.

I´m so sorry for your loss, Aunt Harriet, Mary Kathryn and Patrick. Uncle Tony was a wonderful man and beautiful piano player. I´ll always remember how his playing moved my heart when I was a child.
Much love to you all,
Cousin Trina
