Jerome leaves to cherish his memories his two children, Ericka R. McNeal-Toledo (David) and Derek J. McNeal; his companion, Lillie D. Wilkinson; four brothers, Delane McNeal, Douglas McNeal, Vernell McNeal, Willie McNeal; one sister, Wanda Peeples.
The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
