Donald E. and

Lynn E. (Carpenter) Alleman

It is with a heavy heart that the Alleman family announces the loss of both of their parents. Donald E. "Don" Alleman, died on Monday, March 31, 2025, and his wife, Lynne E. (Carpenter) Alleman, died on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Don earned his bachelor's degree and worked for Libbey Owens Ford & BASF as a lab technician. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Lynne earned her nursing degree and had a fulfilling career at the Fulton County Medical Center. She was a charter member of the Volunteer Swanton Rescue Squad.

Don and Lynne had a wonderful 68 years together. They loved their family very much and will be greatly missed by their children, Bert (Nancy) Alleman, Sarah Alleman, Jenny (Wes) Souders and Julie (Vural Isiker) Alleman; and grandchildren, Benjamin Souders, Can Barmanbek and Oya Isiker.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honor both Don and Lynne on August 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Mary Kittredge Chapel at Ohio Living Mt. Pleasant, 225 Britton Lane, Monroe, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420, or to Ohio's Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
