Ronald Schultz Obituary

Ronald Andrew Schultz, 85, of Plum Borough, died Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at his residence. He was born Oct. 1, 1939, in New Kensington, son of the late Andrew and Anne (Spisak) Schultz. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a coal miner. He served during the Vietnam Era in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the UMWA. Survivors include his children, Louise M. (James) Crawford of Plum Borough, Daniel A. (Melissa) Schultz of Washington Township, Amy L. Braun of Lower Burrell, and Michelle A. (Ben) Komanik of Cranberry; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Colleen M. (Gilmore) Schultz; and sister, Nancy J. Lesky. Friends are being received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2025, at STEPHEN P. DOLENCE JR. FUNERAL HOME INC., 1519 Renton Road, Plum Borough, where a blessing service will be conducted at noon Saturday, May 31, 2025.
