Sara Clark Obituary

Sara J. "Sally" (Campbell) Clark, 96, of North Huntingdon, died Friday, July 9, 2021. She was born Nov. 7, 1924, in North Irwin, a daughter of the late John C. and Margaret G. (Wade) Campbell and was also preceded in death by her husband, James Clark; her son, James S. Clark; and siblings, John Campbell, an infant sister, Peggy Ann Campbell, Cordelia Salsi, Betty Lou Baker and Janice Oliver. Sally was a graduate of Norwin High School, Class of 1942. She loved reading, gardening and playing bingo and was a huge Steelers fan. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret "Maggie" Denney and her husband, William, of North Huntingdon; her former daughter-in-law, Barbara Gregar; grandchildren, Tracy Zimdars (Denise), Kimberly Matthiesen (Wayne), Brian Zimdars (George Gabrich) and Heathe Clark (Dina); her great-grandchildren, Marisa, Amanda and Natalie Matthiesen, Hannah and Nora Zimdars and Hannah and Emma Clark; also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 521 Main St., Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
