Evelyn G. Beaufort, 93, of Jeannette, passed away Friday, Oct. 8, 2021, at her residence. She was born May 4, 1928, in Delmont, a daughter of the late Alfred and Gertrude Wallace Rubright. Prior to her retirement, Evelyn was employed by the former Jeannette Glass Co. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jeannette and a social member of the Jeannette American Legion Post No. 344. Evelyn was an avid bowler and enjoyed bingo and casinos, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Evelyn was predeceased by her husband, Eugene H. Beaufort, in 1997; and eight siblings. She is survived by her children, Gary Beaufort and wife, Rhonda, of Jeannette, Elaine "Sis" Rutkowsky and husband, Stephen, of Parma, Ohio, Michele Dube and husband, Norman, of Grapeville, and Annette Hurst and husband, Patrick, of Concord Township, Ohio; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, in the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. 2nd St., Jeannette. A funeral service will take place 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Clifford Hockensmith officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
